Selena Gomez, a world-renowned American singer and actress, says that although exercise is not one of her favorite activities, there is a special exercise that helps her to stay mentally and physically fit.
Gomez has always been outspoken about his mental health, having previously revealed that he grew up under the watchful eye of people and endless scrutiny.
Gomez spoke openly about his training routine. Gomez has been rumored to be training hard. Gomez says he enjoys doing yoga and relaxation exercises.
Gomez shared a video on Instagram’s new mental health platform called Wondermind.
“I hate exercising,” Gomez lamented in the video.
“It’s not fun,” he said. But recently I was taking an intense boxing class. “It’s great to be able to help me out a lot,” Gomez said.
In the video, Gomez said of other things: “The only thing that helped me was pick up the phone and call someone. These days I am gathering knowledge for myself.”
“I took a step back to better understand myself. I think I’m trying to apply what I have learned every day and apply it every day. It has helped me a lot,” he said.
